Saves You Time: Share on Facebook

Readers of my previous blogs will know I’m a huge fan of finding and sharing applications that really save me time.  I found the Share on Facebook bookmarklet early, not long after facebook first introduced applications, and haven’t stopped using it since. 

Since most of my audience are small businesses and professionals on facebook, Share on Facebook is probably the most important time-saving application I currently have to recommend. 

Without even opening facebook, I can share a web page link to anyone in my friends list or post it to my facebook profile for my friends to see.  I’ve found it increasingly useful as I’m using facebook more regularly to keep in touch with my ever-growing circle of professional contacts.

I found it tricky at first, to install the button on my Bookmarks bar by dragging it up there (or right click to have it live on your Favorites list).  Once it’s there, it’s so easy to share any interesting or helpful web page with any facebook friends you choose!
